• How people and organizations adapt to AI-driven change - and why the environment matters more than individual effort
• Why directing agents looks more like management than engineering - clear intent and good judgment turn out to be the scarce skills, not prompts
• Deciding what is worth doing when execution is nearly free - separating volume from value before the work starts, not after
• What stays meaningfully human if powerful AI arrives on the timeline its builders predict - where agency, responsibility, and care still live
